How We Work

Ordering

Onomea products are available for purchase only through our website. If you have any questions regarding our products please contact us at cs@onomea.com.

Shipping

All plants are shipped by FedEx two-day delivery. All orders received by Friday are shipped on Tuesday for Thursday delivery. FedEx two-day service guarantees delivery by 4:30 PM. We can only ship to a physical address. You will receive an email with the FedEx tracking information for your order upon shipment from the nursery.

Receipt of Plants

All plants should be opened immediately upon arrival and watered in accordance with the instructions provided. All Onomea plants and products are professionally packaged and damages during shipping are extremely rare. In the event that a plant or product is damaged during shipping, Onomea should be contacted immediately at cs@onomea.com
